If you need to report a claim, RLI offers several filing options based on your policy type. Reporting your claim as soon as possible helps the claim process begin quickly.
Before you file a claim
Have the following information available, if possible:
Policyholder or principal name
Policy or bond number
Contact information
Location address, if applicable
Directions to the property, if applicable
Description of the damage or injury
Personal Umbrella Policy
If you have an RLI Personal Umbrella Policy:
Go to the RLI Claims Page
Select Report a Personal Umbrella claim.
Complete the online claim reporting form with the requested information.
You can also log in to your Personal Umbrella account to manage your policy and file a claim.
TrackDay® Insurance
If your claim involves an RLI TrackDay® Insurance policy:
Go to the RLI Claims Page.
Select Report a Track Day claim.
Complete the online claim reporting process.
Transportation claims
If you have an RLI Transportation claim:
Go to RLI Claims Page.
Select Accident Reporting Kit.
Complete the accident reporting information and follow the instructions provided.

Workers' Compensation policyholders can also access the Virtual Claims Kit on RLICORP.COM for required posting notices, employee notifications and claim forms.
RLI Protect cyber claims
If you are an RLI Protect customer and believe you are experiencing a cyber event:
Contact the Cyber Event Coach at 844-623-3095. This is RLI's preferred reporting method.
You may also submit your claim by email using the link provided on RLICORP.COM.
A Cyber Event Coach is available day or night and will return your call as soon as possible.
All other RLI insurance products
If you have any other RLI insurance policy:
Go to RLI Claims Page.
Select Report a claim under All Other RLI Products.
Complete the online claim form.
