How to check if your payment was received

If you recently made a payment to RLI, there are several ways to confirm that it was successfully received and applied to your account.

If you paid online

If you have an online billing account:

  1. Go to RLICORP.COM.

  2. Select Login & Payments.

  3. Choose the payment portal for your policy or bond type.

  4. Log in to your account.

  5. Review your billing information or payment history to verify that your payment has been applied.

If you are enrolled in AutoPay

After each successful automatic payment withdrawal, RLI sends an email confirmation to the email address associated with your account.

If you do not receive an email confirmation or have questions about your payment, contact Billing Services.

If you paid by credit card or electronic check

After submitting an online payment, your payment may take time to appear on your bank or credit card account.

If your payment does not appear after a reasonable processing period or you are unsure whether it was received, contact the appropriate Billing Services team for assistance.

If you received a cancellation notice

If you are making a payment to prevent policy cancellation, keep in mind that your payment must be received by RLI no later than the date shown on your cancellation notice. A postmark date does not satisfy the payment requirement.
