If your password manager used to autofill your credentials for RLI but no longer does, the issue is likely due to a recent change in our sign-in process.
As of August 10, 2025, the RLI sign-in page now automatically redirects you from https://myportal.rlicorp.com to a new sign-in URL: https://auth.rlicorp.com.
When a website’s sign-in URL changes, some password managers may not recognize the new address and won't autofill your saved credentials. That’s because most password managers link your credentials to a specific URL.
What you can do:
Manually update the saved URL in your password manager to https://auth.rlicorp.com; or
If your password manager prompts you to update the entry when signing in, go ahead and accept the update
Once updated, your password manager should resume auto filling your credentials correctly.
